Some things find their way back to you.
When I was a little girl, I made jewelry. Not for any particular reason — I never sold it, rarely gave it away, and honestly don't even know what became of most of it. The finished pieces weren't really the point. It was the process. The quiet hours of creating something intricate and beautiful that silenced the noise in a little mind that was carrying far more than it should have been. It was meditative before I even had a word for that.
Then life took over — the way it does. And I stopped.
Fast forward 25 years. I was a married mom of four, two of them stepkids, and my whole world revolved around everyone else. I was deeply loved and deeply needed, and still, something was missing. I didn't have much of an identity outside of their mom and his wife. I was longing for something that felt like mine.
One evening I came across a video about finding your purpose. It asked a simple question: What did you spend hours doing as a child that you no longer do?
I laughed out loud when the answer hit me.
That same night, I drove past a craft store, pulled over, and walked out with a bag of seed beads. I stayed up late relearning the craft — most of the skills had faded, but the feeling hadn't. Within days, I was sharing my pieces in an online group, and someone asked if I made Mala necklaces.
I had no idea what that was.
So I looked it up. And that one question changed everything.
Researching Mala beads led me to chakras, which led me to healing crystals, which led me to ancient wisdom I couldn't stop reading about. I filled journals with notes — the stones, their properties, their histories, the ways people across cultures and centuries have used them to ground themselves, to heal, to set intentions. I studied and studied until it all began to make sense, and then I kept studying. I was fully, devotedly absorbed.
I wanted to create something more than a Mala bead necklace. Something wearable, meaningful, and truly unique. I studied wire wrapping, practiced until my hands could do it without thinking, then invested in real crystal beads — and Intention Charms was born.
Today, every piece I make is still about the process. It's still meditative. It's still deeply intentional. Each necklace, bracelet, and charm is handcrafted by a certified Reiki practitioner who believes that the energy you put into something matters — because I've felt that my whole life, even when I didn't have the language for it.
Customers write to me and tell me they can feel the love when they put their necklace on. That means everything. These aren't just pieces of jewelry — they're little reminders of who you are, what you're working toward, and what you deserve to feel.
If you've ever wanted to carry a reminder of your strength, your intention, or your next chapter — you're in the right place.
