Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD. Orders under $150 CAD will be charged a flat rate shipping rate based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
Delays
Intention Charms is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out via our contact page and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
